IUI treatment is mainly suggested to couples who have unexplained infertility. During the treatment sperm is directly injected into the uterus at the time of ovulation so that fertilisation occurs properly.
IVF is a treatment in which sperm is fertilised into an egg to create an embryo under a specific condition in the laboratory. Then the embryo is transferred to the uterus for implantation.
ICSI is a type of IVF treatment. During this process single sperm is injected directly into an egg and then the embryo is transferred to the uterus for further growth.
Oocyte cryopreservation is a process in which an egg is freezed under specific temperature so that women's unfertilised egg could be used for future fertility treatment.
TESA is testicular sperm aspiration and TESE is testicular sperm extraction process in which sperm from the testicles is retrieved. These processes are performed when no sperm can be ejaculated by male.
In both processes identification of chromosomal abnormalities and genetic disorders in embryos is done prior to the implantation of embryo in the uterus.
